How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Manage billing. Access continues until the period ends.
How does the free trial work?
Every account gets a 3-day free trial. We only charge after the 3rd day ends. If you ever hit a problem, email us and we'll make it right.
Why didn't a video analyze?
Some accounts are private or region-locked. Try another public link, or contact us with the URL.
